Carl Cole provided the estimate and Bill Speaker is OBCI’s foreman. Their task is to cut out and reseal; all window, louver, and door-to-masonry perimeter joints, all stone bank and windowsill head joints, and all vertical expansion joints on all elevations. Additionally, grind & repoint 300 SF of cracked CMU mortar joints on roof levels, remove & replace 300 spalled or cracked brick, and cut out and reseal all horizontal shelf angle joints. OBCI will also assist Gardner Glase in replacing 18 windows.
