OBCI is adding a new drive-through lane and dumpster enclosure for the Chick-fil-A store at 2451 Wabash Ave. in Springfield, IL.

Otto Baum Company, inc. is excited to have gotten started on the addition to and renovation of New Berlin Jr-Sr High School.

The Capital Development Board issued a contract to OBCI to complete a full renovation of the courtyard located on Illinois Central College’s East Peoria campus.

OBCI was selected by Peoria Metro Construction to provide building and site concrete for their project constructing a new Gas & Water Building for the Village of Morton.

OBCI was selected by Midwest Construction Professionals to provide site utilities, concrete foundations & slab, and concrete site work for their project additions to the Epiphany Catholic Church Elementary & JHS buildings in Normal.

OBCI was selected by POINTCORE Construction to construct a 400’ concrete tunnel, which serves to connect the Comprehensive Cancer Center, under construction, and the former Ministry HQ Building located at 800 NE Glen Oak Ave.

OBCI is nearing the finish line at CWLP Lime Pond for Leander Construction for the concrete flat work improvements.

While the job initially was designed to be much larger, in the end, OBCI was selected to provide the building concrete scope by MCP (Midwest Construction Professionals) for the special education unit addition to Taylorville High School in Taylorville, IL.

OBCI is pleased to share that Bradley University selected our concrete and restoration teams to provide needed improvements to the Bradley Hall Stairs.

The OSF Proton Therapy Vault is one piece of the much larger Comprehensive Cancer Center currently under construction in Peoria, IL.

OBCI was excited to be part of RD Lawrence’s construction team for the second phase of the Sangamon County Sheriff’s Office in Springfield, IL.

Otto Baum Company, Inc. was selected by IVC School District 321 to perform miscellaneous flatwork to complete the improvements to their sports complex.

The northern side of the street was completed in 2023, and OBCI crews are now working on the southern side of the street, which will be completed in 2024.

OBCI was awarded the Peoria Public Works Facility Beautification initiative late in 2022 and began the work in early Spring of 2023.

OBCI is wrapping up its contract work for IDOT District 6, the CH15 Bridge Replacement over Sugar Creek near New Holland, IL.

Recently, OBCI’s GS Scott Getz, and foreman, Chad Horner, started work for IDOT located in Bartonville, IL, on Rt 24

Summer means a great amount of school construction work to perform, and today OBCI is featuring work performed for CORE Construction at Limestone High School.

OBCI contributed to America’s passion for pickleball by constructing four new courts in the heart of Washington Park in Washington, IL.

This project in the City of Peoria transformed an existing corridor with failing pavement and steep roadside ditches into a new PCC pavement section that promotes pedestrian safety.

This Logan County project along 5th Street is a Roadway reconstruction between 100 Avenue and 700 Avenue.

Recently, Mt. Olive Baptist Church selected OBCI to install 12,000 brick to veneer their new sanctuary addition which replaces the previous sanctuary that was destroyed by fire.
