OBCI’s scope of work includes removing the existing Mankato Stone pavers in the moat, removing one course of stone veneer on both the inner & outer walls, and removing some of the existing stone treads on the entry stairs. This was all removed to allow a new waterproofing membrane to be installed. OBCI will then come back and re-install the stone veneer and treads. OBCI’s scope also included tuckpointing (12) chimneys on the roof and some miscellaneous block patching on the interior of the building. Travis Woolen is the EST/PM, Kurt Haldorsen is the general superintendent, and Bill Speaker is the foreman.
