OBCI was selected to repair the north and south stairs, and Cody Hopps (Bricklayer’s Local #8) was selected to lead the crew. Their scope of work includes removing the existing travertine pavers, repairing any broken or defective pieces, applying waterproofing to the concrete slab, repairing the slab as required, reinstalling the original travertine pavers and seal joints.
