Ian and crew will tuckpoint 3,000 SF of brick & stone joints, replace 750 spalled bricks, cut out and reseal all stone sealant joints, patch stone, clean & paint lintels, and perform granite epoxy crack repairs. Once complete, the walls will be pressure washed, and a saturation coat of water repellent will be applied. Ian mentioned how great it’s been to work with the Franciscan Brothers on this project, as they have been kind and helpful while the crew is on-site.
