The project has two separate scopes, one for the school district and the other for Davis-Houk Mechanical. OBCI’s scope for the school consists of various masonry repairs throughout the building façade, including individual brick replacement, window sealant replacement at all windows, and miscellaneous tuckpointing. The work completed for Davis-Houk included creating new masonry openings and installing structural steel for a new air conditioning unit installation.
