Check out OBCI’s progress for The Building Group and their client, 3520 N. Lake Shore Drive Condominium Association. The scope of work was developed by Building Technology Consultants and includes brick replacement, grinding & repointing, stone patching, steel lintel refurbishment, and joint sealant removal and replacement. Carlos Sanchez is OBCI’s onsite foreman, and he’s leading the crew through weather and utility challenges to provide the client watertight facades.
