OBCI’s work has grown since the original award from Curt Clem with Legends of the Fall (owner). The scope includes installing interior shoring, rebuilding north elevation wall with new CMU, AVB, and brick veneer with arched window openings and new stone sills. Also included is the grind and repoint all mortar joints on the south, east, & west elevations and pressure wash the same, remove & replace cracked brick, infill old atrium window on east elevation with CMU and brick, and apply one saturation coat of water repellent to all elevations after repairs are complete.
