Shane Singleton leads OBCI’s crew, and they are constructing 4” & 8” reinforced CMU walls that go 10’ high, which enclose the new pump and filter rooms for the facility. A fun fact on this project is that Shane’s son, Liam, recently became a Bricklayer Apprentice with Local 6 (Lasalle) and is quickly learning the trade! Something tells us that maybe he’s been on a few weekend jobs over the years, so maybe Liam has a bit of a head start!
