Jared Silver (Bricklayers Local 8) is leading OBCI’s crew on the addition on the South side. OBCI’s scope includes structural and interior walls consisting of over 10,000 CMU, AVB, cast stone, and brick veneer. Once this scope is complete, OBCI’s attention will focus on the renovations to the existing school building in the Spring. The masonry renovation work consists of new CMU and thin brick in the courtyard and is anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2024.
