The OBCI crew, led by Jeremy Renfro (Bricklayer’s Local 8) is currently working on the interior/exterior structural CMU walls for the new multipurpose building. Brick and split face block veneer will begin in the Spring. In addition, the crews will have renovation work to an existing multipurpose building that will consist of interior CMU walls, window cut ins, and infills of existing openings. Finally, two existing youth inmate housing unit buildings will be renovated and OBCI’s scope for these includes interior CMU walls, window cut ins, and infills of existing openings.
