Matt Byrd (Bricklayers Local 6) leads OBCI’s 8-member crew at the Kinder Bueno Expansion. This phase includes installing approx. 25,000 8” CMU and 75 yards of grout to complete electrical, mechanical, stairwell, restrooms, and an elevator shaft. Coordination of the trades is critical as space is limited and the schedule tight. OBCI has acquired and is testing a new FRACO add-on that allows the crew to move the FRACO tower and decks quickly, safely, and easily to the next area.
