Originally, OBCI’s scope was simple: remove and replace granite curbs to allow access for the roofing contractor, Kreiling Roofing. However, once the roofing work commenced, CORE discovered the to stabilize loose stones at all dormers. OBCI was engaged to remove or tuckpoint these stones, apply new sealants and install new structural tie braces to further stabilize the dormers. Scaffolding was provided by CORE Construction, and Ryan Dittamore led OBCI’s crew. Once all the roof work is complete, the crew will return to reinstall the granite curbs, completing the original scope later in the year.
