Matt Ackerland (Bricklayer’s Local 8) is leading the crew in the last phase, which includes approx. 12,000 modular brick for the new kitchen, cafeteria, teacher’s lounge, bathroom, and storage room. Previous to this, OBCI complete the structural masonry walls, consisting of approx. 19,000 8” block and 75 yards of grout.
