The masonry work will be completed in two phases. Kyle Allison is leading the OBCI crew on phase one currently, and that work consists of 2 CMU stairwells and 1 elevator shaft that will go to 80’. OBCI utilizes FRACO mast climbers to facilitate the crew. Coordinating this work with the Wells & Wells is critical to allow the building to be enclosed before weather and interior work to continue during the winter months. OBCI’s crew will be back in the spring to install the brick veneer and precast accents.
