We have been awarded contracts from Core Construction Services of Illinois to perform the building concrete, site concrete, and masonry. The building concrete scope includes footings and foundation walls, slab on grade, slab on deck, pan stairs, and cast-in-place stairs for the almost 75,000 SF addition. The site's concrete scope will provide improved parking and drop-off areas and ADA-compliant sidewalks. The masonry scope includes the construction of a CMU storm shelter, CMU locker room, and brick veneer on the outside of the addition.
