River City Demolition started demolishing the site in early July, and then OBCI’s plumbing sub, GA Rich, moved in to perform site utilities. Foster Jacob’s is handling the electrical portion and is currently on site, while Western Waterproofing provided waterproofing and is also currently on site. OBCI is performing all the earthwork and site concrete and paving. OBCI foreman Pat Glover (Laborer’s Local165) leads the crew and will manage several other subs as they are sequenced into the project. Justin Thomas serves as the EST/PM, while Scott Getz is the General Superintendent.
