One main challenge is completing much of the site concrete scope during the night to not interrupt business at the store. OBCI was selected by Gallant Building Solutions to perform site concrete that includes foundations for the dumpster enclosure and outdoor canopies and PCC curb & gutter, sidewalks, ramps, and pavement. OBCI was also selected to perform the masonry that includes block and brick for a dumpster enclosure and a parking lot reconstruction.
