OBCI’s job was to remove and replace the existing deteriorated tennis courts and replace with new asphalt courts. OBCI’s work included site grading, underdrains, storm sewer, and sidewalks, while the asphalt was performed by Tazewell County Asphalt and fencing by Hohulin Bros. Great job Chad Horner and crew for tackling a challenging summer project in a timely fashion. Justin Thomas was the EST/PM and Scott Getz the GS.
