Sam McShane, with Logan County Highway Department, serves as the IDOT RE. OBCI was the successful bidder on this project. Eric Strom and Terry Davis led OBCI’s crews to complete the scope of work, which included the replacement of the bridge carrying CH 15 over the Sugar Creek overflow with precast deck beams and structural repair and patching of the bridge over Sugar Creek, as well as replacement of stone riprap, guardrail, and S! bridge rail and related earthwork.
