Scope - Inside of the existing building we have misc. patching, infills, and opening cut ins. Along multiple new CMU chases, two new CMU elevator shafts and new CMU walls in the basement. On the exterior of the existing building there is masonry restoration, lead tee replacement, and cleaning of the exterior veneer. On the new building additions there is new exterior brick veneer in areas, thin brick on the interior in areas, and a lot of new CMU walls for bathrooms, multiple locker rooms, storage areas, mechanical chases, and a new elevator shaft.
