Williams Bros. Construction was awarded the project by the Capital Development Board, and WB awarded the masonry stabilization and restoration scope to OBCI. The work OBCI is performing includes a full restoration of the stone and brick facades. Specifically, this includes stone and brick repointing, installing lead tees, stone Dutchman and patching, and cleaning. CDB intends to continue restoring the building by bidding out a much larger renovation of the interior for future State utilization.
